Bliss Lemon & Sage Body Scrub

Bliss was my first love. In fact this blog wouldn't exist were it not for a well-timed road trip to San Francisco and an a serendipitous spa stop at said city's relaxation haven. Still, I'm always amazing by how MUCH I love nearly everything they make. This little nugget of bliss came as part of the Poetic Waxing Kit from QVC. (Still trying to stop laughing long enough to get that post on the page.) This body scrub for example, not only smells like heaven but has a smooth non-sticky feel AND is the consistency of cookie dough when only the butter and sugar have been added. Delish. Beauty's Product RAVE: DDF Protect and Correct UV Moisturizer SPF 15 - it's the Marrying Type.

It's trite and true, you don't know what you've got 'till its gone. For the better part of the summer I tested ddf's protect and correct uv moisturizer spf 15 and I never once got the beauty butterflies over it. My skin looked decent but the bland silver dispenser and unscented semi-heavy cream didn't sweep me off my feet. At all. I stuck it out in the name of beauty editing fidelity - that and the inescapably sticky reality that it was, after all, summer - and a little extra SPF never hurts. Then I moved to SF. Then the reason I moved to SF fell apart and in my hurried flight back home to NC I left my DDF. I know - it's an alphabetical odyssey of beauteous proportions .

Beauty's Product RAVE: Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask

I have a face mask for every occasion. The Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask is now my official transition mask.

By age sixteen I was doing weekly organic green clay masks. Still in all of my years of face mask connoisseuring I have never had more fun than I did just now with the Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask from Bliss. For those of you curious about fashion here is Lela's Bio:

A native of Texas , Lela Rose graduated from the University of Colorado in 1991. Rose then headed to New York to study fashion design at Parsons School of Design where she graduated in 1993.
